Convert ANY video to DVD with Movavi


Movavi offers a full suite of audio and video products to achieve just about any media conversion task you could think of. This movavi guide will take you through the steps needed to convert any video format into a DVD.


There are 5 steps to this guide, which once completed will give you the knowledge to convert any video file to DVD format.



Step 1: Download and install Movavi VideoSuite Personal Edition

Download Movavi VideoSuite. After the download is finished, run the Setup.exe file and follow the installation wizard instructions.

Step 2: Run 'Create CD/DVD' module and add source videos

* To select a video you would like to burn to a DVD disc, click the Video tab; then select the Add Button on the toolbar. You may also drag the video files directly to the movavi working window.
* Browse for the video files to be converted to DVD

The size of the converted video file will be indicated on the disc size bar. Ensure that the total size of your data does not exceed the capacity of the DVD. You may opt for a Dual Layer DVD to prevent this from happening.

Step 3: Choose a preset for converted video

In the Mode section, choose DVD, and specify the region settings for the burned disc: (either NTSC or PAL). Then select the DVD quality, DVD aspect ratio, DVD disc type:

Step 4: Insert a DVD to your drive

Make sure the disc you inserted is a blank one or rewritable.

Step 5: Burn to DVD disc

Press the Start button in your Movavi software. The Movavi Burning/Saving wizard will then be opened. Now select the Burn Disc option and specify what drive should be used for burning. Finally, tell Movavi at what speed your DVD disc should be burned, and follow the additional wizard instructions.

At time of burning, the Movavi 'Create CD/DVD' module will display the progress bar and the status information as it records your disc.
